On-line bookings before closing time will receive an email confirmation the same day. For bookings received before 5pm we will post booking confirmations the same day.
How do you send confirmations?
Except in the run up to Christmas we send confirmations by Second Class post. After mid-December we use First Class post.
What do you send?
If you book more than 4 weeks before the event we will send you a receipt, a confirmation letter and an FAQ booklet about how our events work. If you book after that we will send you the receipt, the confirmation, a map to the venue and an information booklet describing the plot, how the event will work and the menu.
Can you send me a gift card without the price on it?
Of course we can! Just ask for a gift card when you book, letting us know who the card should be addressed to.
