Branksome Place is a Grade II listed building with 60 ensuite bedrooms all of which have been refurbished in January 2008. We have 2 idyllic cottages across the front lawn both of which have 11 ensuite bedrooms. Our restaurant is ideally suited for up to 110 guests and has lovely views over the grounds. Branksome also has a lovely marquee set up over the summer months which is suitable for weddings and private parties. Our Maritime Lounge and Sterling Suite are both licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies and have a bridal suite tucked safely away in Stone Cottage.

Branksome is situated within 5 minutes from Haslemere Station which has frequent rail links to London Waterloo and Portsmouth. It also located within 55 minutes of both Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

Branksome Place is a charming Grade II listed building but unusually owes this status mainly due to the training wing. Set in 32 acres of wooded Surrey countryside, Branksome is surrounded by National Trust Land but is well located with the A3 five minutes away. From approximately 1945 to 1965 the house was converted to a Prepatory School preparing young gentlemen for private further education.

The training Wing was designed by James Stirling and built in 1971-1972.

Edward Cullinan designed the main reception area along with its seafaring theme, featuring portholes and decking.

Branksome Place can offer a fully equipped gym, croquet lawn and football pitch. We also have tennis courts and beautiful manicured lawns which are perfect for a summer afternoon. Branksome Place has various woodland walks allowing you to explore our 32 acres of wooded Surrey countryside.
