On-line bookings before closing time will receive an email confirmation the same day. For bookings received before 2pm we will post booking confirmations the same day.

Except in the run up to Christmas we send confirmations by Second Class post. After mid-December we use First Class post.

If you book more than 4 weeks before the event we will send you a receipt, a confirmation letter and an FAQ booklet about how our events work. If you book after that we will send you the receipt, the confirmation, a map to the venue and an information booklet describing the plot, how the event will work and the menu.
